Luggage Industry Thrives in Lanshan County

In recent years, Lanshan County in Yongzhou City has leveraged its geographical advantages and industrial foundation to adhere to the development philosophy of "expanding southward, seaward, and outward." By focusing on industries such as leather goods and luggage manufacturing, the county has now attracted over 170 related enterprises, including 41 enterprises above the designated size. The county has registered an annual output of five million trolley suitcases and ten million handbags and backpacks.In 2021, the county was recognized as a "Characteristic Town for Leather Goods and Luggage in Hunan Province."In 2024, the county's leather goods and luggage industry achieved an output value of 9.5 billion CNY, contributing 76.68 million CNY of tax revenue.
